Stable Zone Identification During Machining on CNC Lathe Using ANFIS

Wavelet Denoising and Local Mean Decomposition (WDLMD) decompose the vibration signals obtained experimentally into Product Functions (PFs). The most important PFs that reveal chatter information are chosen from among these. These well-known combined to create a signal depicts real-time discourse. Following prediction model for Chatter Index (CI) was established utilising reconstructed signal. According findings, increasing spindle speed improves machining stability. However, there is significant rise in as depth of cut feed rate raised. Additionally, best stable zone prediction, modeling CI w.r.t. cutting parameters has been applied using ANFIS.
